1.1 Identification of Parties

In these Terms, "br345", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the br345 online gaming service. "User", "you", or "player" refers to any person who has registered on br345 or is using its services.

3.2 Deposit Limits & Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). The maximum deposit limit is set by br345 and is subject to change. Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly. If a deposit is delayed for any reason, contact support directly.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following conditions must be met to withdraw:

• The account must be fully verified
• Wagering requirements related to bonus money must be fulfilled
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method
• No active investigation on the account

3.4 Fraud & Illegal Activity

If any user is found to be involved in fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or any other illegal financial activity, br345 will immediately suspend that account, may provide relevant information to the appropriate authorities, and may withhold the balance.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive the bonus.

Example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳32,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000 (bonus capped at maximum limit)

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must be used within its specified validity period
• One promotion cannot be combined with another (unless explicitly permitted)
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings earned after fulfilling wagering requirements may be withdrawn
• br345 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion at any time

4.4 VIP Program

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud or deceptive activity
• Operating an account through software, bots, or automation tools
• Abusing bonuses using multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party (in exchange for commission or otherwise)
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity

5.2 Consequences of Violations

In the event of a violation of any of the rules mentioned above, br345 may take the following actions:

• Temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account

• Withholding of balance and conducting an investigation

6.2 User License

You are granted limited access to the br345 platform for personal and non-commercial use. This license is non-transferable and non-sublicensable. In the event of any misuse, this license will be revoked immediately.
